Return Policy

Thank you for visiting our site! In order to best serve our customers we accept returns on unopened items sent back to our warehouse within 30 days from the original ship date. Refunds will be less shipping costs. Any non-defective returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and refunded until the order has been returned.

Defective products may also be returned within 30 days. Please contact customer service by going to the help page before sending back defective products for specific return shipping instructions.

CDs and DVDs cannot be returned once opened unless they are damaged due to copyright laws.

Personal care items may not be returned once opened due to health code reasons. By purchasing from us you are agreeing to these terms.

What can be returned?

All items that have not yet shipped can be canceled for an immediate and full refund.

Once an item has shipped, unless otherwise indicated, most items on our site can be returned within 15 days for a full refund. Exceptions include:

• Food prep & storage items.
• Clothing, bedding, wearable, or hair-removal items.
• Cleaning products.
• Holiday-specific items (such as Christmas decorations) can only be returned up to one week prior to the Holiday.
• Clearance items are non returnable.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE INITIATED FROM OUR ONLINE SYSTEM BY OPENING A HELP TICKET. ITEMS SENT TO US WITHOUT A VALID RMA WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND OR ACCOUNT CREDIT.
